Ryan and I made fish out of art paper and oil pastels. My focus was on using real art materials and teaching him about color and texture. His focus was on how he could get his works of fine art in the air.
He used a hole punch, fishing line and a toy spatula to create a “kite”. We spent the afternoon pulling the fish along hoping for wind as we flew down the hill in our backyard.
