Do you see what I see?
Do you see a mess or a place called Ryan-land?
Do you see chaos or a well engineered town?
Do you see stretched out couch springs or an airplane landing strip?
Do you see a waste of Styrofoam cups or a make your own smoothie bar?
Do you see trash (old Spider-man bike box) or a luggage return?
Do you see a misuse of masking tape or a meticulously placed security system made of webs?
Do you see all the work that will have to been done to clean it up or all the work that went into making all the fun?
I see the value in imagination that can be expressed on a large scale. I love my little boy and his Ryan-land. I pray he will always see the work that goes into making things fun.
