Monday September 1: Clam Chowder and Cucumber salad

Tuesday September 2: Chicken Tenderloin Fajitas

Wednesday September 3: Split Pea and Ham Soup served with rolls

Thursday September 4: BLT sandwiches, chips, fruit of choice

Friday September 5: Mediterranean hamburgers, salad

Saturday September 6: Shrimp Fried Rice and noodles and roasted peppers

Sunday September 7: Pork Loin roast and baked potatoes

    For Real??? Will I get banned from your site if I reveal that I made mac-n-cheese with hot dogs and lima beans for supper tonight?

    Just wait. I’ll be scheduling leftovers, fast-food stops and frozen pizza nights too. We just happened to go grocery shopping so I had a lot of ideas to try.

    By the way: Mondays clam chowder was from a can, Wednesdays rolls were from a Pillsbury precooked freezer bag and Saturdays noodles are just rayman noodles.

    Meal planning just helps me think ahead. I cannot think while hungry. I’ve tried. I just end up eating a box of wheat thins while looking from cupboard to cupboard for something to jump out at me.
