I’ll be 30 this weekend
My Birthday
I’d love to have some powerful words to express about the last 30 years or the next 30 years.
But really, right now I’m trying to get my almost 2 year old out of her Dad’s night stand (which stores all sorts of man treasures like M-80s, candy, watches, shoe laces, cologne, earplugs and video games)
&
trying to ignore the “Mom, I think there is a huge problem down here [in the living room], um…nevermind!”
So until my brilliant, thought provoking insights about life come tumbling out…I’ll be eating cupcakes!!!
Have a great weekend! I’ll be back next week, much older and wiser!

Happy Birthday to the best daughter ever! You can only imagine how hard it is for me to believe you are 30. I still see you as the same age as Molly some days. You have grown into such a wonderful woman!

My name is Kate and Im a frequent follower of Toni of Simple Sparrow…well, Im writing in response to your comments :
“I am pregnant with twins and I have two kids already. I am facing:
-having a family of 6 in 1000 sq. ft. with two bedrooms & one bathroom
-leaving my job
-resigning my volunteer duties
-sending my oldest off to preschool
just to name a few”
I wanted you to know I understand the frustration of having such a big family and such a small place. I too have twins as well as 4 more children all ranging in age from 14 to 1 years old. We also have one bathroom and not much room either. To be honest, were living in a 150 year old barn conversion. Its tough, and I understand. If you ever need support or just need to know there’s another human being out there who gets what your going through, well…Im here ladybird!
